•Introduction

You can use the controller simply by connecting it to your PC. While GP2040-CE is a highly versatile firmware, this controller features a simple configuration designed specifically for fighting games.

•Mode Switching

[PC ⇒ 2K] [PS5 ⇒ 2P] [Nintendo Switch 2 ⇒ 1K]
Press and hold the corresponding button while plugging the controller into your console/PC to switch modes. The selected mode will be saved automatically.

*For PS5 use: Press the PS button after connecting. Please note that a compatible USB passthrough converter (such as Booter5, MagicBoots, Wingman FGC, etc.) is strictly required.

About the Control Board

• Fruits Basket.

This is the custom RP2040 breakout board developed by Fruits Factory (Japan). Serving as an expansion board for the Waveshare RP2040-Zero, it comes pre-installed with GP2040-CE. It features clear, easy-to-follow wiring and includes a dedicated USB pass-through port for PS5 converters.

• WaveShare RP2040-Zero

This MCU board is manufactured by Waveshare (Shenzhen, China). It is equipped with the RP2040 microcontroller.

• Raspberry Pi RP2040

This microcontroller unit (MCU) was developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation (UK). It is best known as the Raspberry Pi Pico.

• GP2040-CE

This is the Multi-Platform Gamepad Firmware for RP2040, developed by the Open Stick Community (Canada) on GitHub, an open-source project development platform. It is used in many controllers currently on the market and is considered to be highly functional and low-latency.
